Naphanny Saim is a Founding Partner at Athipa Law Firm. Prior to co-founding the firm, she practiced at DBLS Law Group. Her core practice focuses on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, general corporate matters, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance.

A dedicated advocate, Ms. Saim actively participates in the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia’s pro bono program, representing and defending clients in courts across all levels nationwide.

She is an alumna of the prestigious DLA Piper Global Scholarships Scheme. As part of her professional development, she completed advanced legal and business executive programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the Keio Institute for Global Law and Development at Keio University in Japan. Ms. Saim is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
